What are affirmations?

Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind. When we verbally affirm our dreams and ambitions, we are instantly empowered with a deep sense of reassurance that our wishful words will become reality. Affirmations are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains. Much like exercise, they raise the level of feel-good hormones and push our brains to form new clusters of “positive thought” neurons.

Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You’re using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. When you’re not aware of your thoughts, they tend to be negative, and what do we get in our lives? The exact same negative things that we have been thinking of.

Affirmations help to change that.

By repeating carefully selected, positive affirmations, and if you’re consistent and make the choice on a daily basis to think thoughts that make you feel good, you’ll definitely make positive changes in every area of your life.

How does daily affirmations work?

To “affirm” something, by dictionary definition, means that you are declaring it to be true. An affirmation can work because it has the ability to program your mind into believing the stated concept. This is because the mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real or fantasy. The science of affirmations teaches us how to send powerful positive thoughts to our conscious and subconscious minds and to the cells in our body as chemical, electrical, and magnetic waves. Through a simple maneuver involving free will and choice, we learn how to deploy our own thoughts to break through limitations, transform bad habits, turn failure into success, and activate our healing powers.

What can I achieve with affirmations?

There are no limits to what affirmations can help you with. Affirmations can help you in any area of your life, from achieving your goals, creating wealth, getting a relationship, improving your relationships, get more self-love, self-confidence, loose weight, become successful, have an amazing lifestyle, get your dream house, dream car, build a lucrative business and more! Anything is possible with affirmations, so long as you desire it.

Are affirmations effective?

Affirmation has been used by successful people for centuries. It has helped many ordinary people achieve extraordinary results in their lives. It has turned many failures into successes. It has made many miracles happen in the history of human evolution.

A lot of celebrities have used affirmations to help them get to where they are, such as Jim Carrey, Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, Conor McGregor (mixed martial artist, MMA), Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Z, Kanye West, and Lady Gaga, to name a few.

To a large extent, your accomplishments and happiness in life are a direct result of the thoughts you repeat in your mind. Positive affirmations are potent statements that build an internal dialogue reinforcing a new vision you have of yourself and your life. They replace the negative thoughts that have been in your mind about yourself and your past.

As you believe and feel differently about yourself, you can shift your life in a new direction. So affirmations deliberately focus your mind on what you want to be and do. They move you from where you are to where you want to be.

How do I know if the affirmations are working?

There are a few ways to tell. One of them is that you will notice that what you are trying to affirm is happening more around you. For example, if you are affirming marriage, you may walk pass a couple taking wedding photos; if you are affirming for more money, you may start to pick up coins on the floor by chance, or hear of someone who is making more money. The signs may even come in the form of an email, a conversation you overhear, even from watch the television. All these may seem to be coincidental, however they are being brought upon into your life by what you have intentionally affirmed. As such, you are being the creator of your own world. As what you put your attention into expands, hence you draw into your life such experiences that you have intended with your affirmations.

Another way to know your affirmation is working is when you face the situation and the old thought comes up; but your new positive thought immediately answers the old negative thought. Also, things and situations that used to bother you may not have the same effect on you anymore. For example, if you used to think that you are stupid, and one of the affirmations that you are working on is “I am intelligent”, then if someone happen to say that you are stupid, you may not bother about this comment as within yourself, you know that this is not true. Or, you may just have people commenting on how intelligent you are.

These are just some of the ways to tell that your affirmations are working. The possibilities are endless, and you will need to be attentive to be able to observe them.

What is an affirmation audio?

An affirmation audio is an audio file that is recorded with spoken positive affirmations and music background, in MP3 download format, that offers positive statements to help combat negative thinking and set the stage for desired attitude and behavioral change, naturally and organically. With repeated listening, your subconscious will accept the affirmations as true, and your behavior will reflect your new, positive belief system. Your retrained mind will attract and manifest in alignment with the messages received.

What is a subliminal audio?

A subliminal audio is similar to an affirmation audio, however the audio messages are masked by the music, played below audible levels to hide the message. Subliminal messages are stimuli that lie below our threshold of conscious awareness, which affects the subconscious mind.

The word “subliminal” means below the threshold of conscious perception. Because you’re not aware of the subliminal messaging underlying the music (the repetition of positive affirmations) you can’t put up barriers against it. Over time, your subconscious accepts the suggestions as true, and your behavior changes accordingly.

Your mind relaxes into heightened receptivity, allowing positive messages to flow into your subconscious mind without the disruption of limiting beliefs.

With repeated daily listening, you will relax deeply and sleep soundly while experiencing subtle shifts in perception that will draw you towards your wellness goals. Your conscious mind will hear only music, but there is much, much more happening “behind the scenes” of these subliminal audios.

What is the difference between using the audios and a vision board?

An affirmation audio and a vision board are just different ways and tools for you to work with your affirmations. There is no difference except that one is an MP3 that you listen you, and one consists of images that you desire on a board. For those who are good with visualization, they may not even need to do up a vision board, and prefer to visualize in their mind their affirmations and desires. All these are just different tools for you to use, and all of them are just as effective. In fact, we recommend you to use as many as possible to stimulate as many of your senses as possible.

From personal experience, our founder finds that reading lists works the best for her and for those she have coached, hence we provide the printable PDF affirmations for you. With each purchase of our affirmation program, you will get a set of 50 recorded positive affirmations that are crafted for the specific category you would like to work on, such as Self Love, Wealth, or Love, for example.

These 50 affirmations comes in affirmation audio and subliminal audio formats for you to choose from, and use based on your use and preference. Most times, you may prefer to listen to the Affirmation Audio version. When you are working or sleeping, it may be better to listen to the subliminal version as the audible voice may be a distraction.

All of them feature the same 50 positive affirmations, and comes with 3 different music – ambient, piano and guitar.

The duration for each of the audio file is around 4 min 30 sec – 5 min 50 sec. In total, you get 6 audio files (3 affirmation audios and 3 subliminal audios) with a total duration of 31 min 50 sec.

Why do you use 3 different music for each of the affirmations?

We have selected for you 3 music for all our affirmation and subliminal audios – ambient, piano and guitar as this gives you variety. You can choose to listen to one of them on repeat, or all or them at one time. You may even listen to only one audio at a time, depending on your mood and time allowance. It also allows you to choose what suits your personal music tastes as we believe that music that resonates with us is very personal and each of us have our own preferences on the type of music we like.

How do I use the affirmation program?

At the minimum, we recommend you to listen to at least one audio the first thing in the morning after you wake up and right before you go to bed.

The more consistent and frequent you do this, the faster you will see results. For the best results, listen to the audio as many times as possible throughout your day. While listening to the affirmation audio, take out the PDF file and read along with the spoken words in the affirmation audio. While you are doing this, you need to feel that what you want is happening NOW and feel happy. 

Emotions play a key role in this program. This is supposed to be a fun and positive exercise. The happier you feel while doing your affirmation exercise, the better and faster your results.

Use the time after the spoken affirmations have completed to visualize you having what you desire. For example, if you are looking for love, you may want to hold an image of you travelling with your lover; if you are looking for wealth, you may want to hold an image of you driving a luxury car or having a bank account balance that you are so happy of.

Most times, you may prefer to listen to the Affirmation Audio version. When you are working or sleeping, it may be better to listen to the Subliminal Audio version as the audible voice may be a distraction.

To sum it up, the keywords are repetition, listening, reading, feeling and visualizing. Of course, there is no one right way to do this, feel free to be creative, experiment and to use any or all of the methods we have listed for your affirmations. One thing for sure is that the more you do them, with the use of more of your senses as possible, the faster you will achieve your results.

Do I need to spend a lot of time for the affirmations to work?

You decide how much time you spend on the affirmations, though it is good to note that the more you work on them, the faster they will work. We recommend to use them at least twice a day, once in the morning and once right before you sleep, which makes it approximately 10 min a day.

Just to give you an idea, 2 of our clients worked on their affirmations for 30min to an hour almost daily, and both of them managed to find the love of their lives within 1 month. Our founder have manifested large sums of money within an hour and after only 5 minutes on affirmations, hence it all depends on you and how you do it.
